Job Description
  • Manage key accounts and act as the point of contact for client
  • Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
  • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • Responsible for sales growth and development for direct sales channel
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Collaborating with all internal teams to deliver the sales according to the customer requirements on-time
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
Job Requirements
  • At least Bachelor degree of computer science or IT
  • At least 3 years for Key Account Executive (IT Software Sales) or similar role
  • Prefer knowledge on Restaurant POS software
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good organizational, time-management, teamwork, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Must have positive attitude with good manner and professional mind-set with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility
  • Good English skill in both written and verbal

  • Understands the Manager’s target and aim to reach the target.

  • Prepare draft designs to present and consult the ideas to clients that will communicate marketing, advertising, and promotional ideas
  • Create design and give idea to both company and clients for Social Media Ads (Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, Viber, etc..), Promotion, Flyers, Digital Banners and Digital Billboards.
  • Responsible for complete production design for all digital marketing and advertising needs

Job Requirements
